Bardon Creek Road Improvement Project-2026

Notice is hereby given by the Town of Maple, Douglas County, Wisconsin, that it will receive sealed bids for the Bardon Creek Road Improvement Project -2026. Bids will be received until 12:00 noon, local time, on the 9th day of July 2026. Mailing address of the is PO Box 243, Maple, WI 54845. Bids will be opened and acted on at 7:00 PM on July 9, 2026 at the Town’s regular monthly meeting at the Maple Community Center, 11037 Maple Lane, Maple, WI 54845.

The project will be let in two contracts. Contract 1 is for Bardon Creek Road from Ritzen Road towards CTH F for a length of 1,000 feet. Contract 2 is for High School Loop starting at USH 2 for a total length of 370 feet

4” Blacktopping bridge apron with asphalt curb on the south side of the road

High School Loop -Contract 2

1,000 square yards of double sealcoat

The contractor shall be pre-qualified by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to perform the work in this Bid. All work shall be done in accordance with Wisconsin Department of Transportation Standard Specifications – 2025.

The Town of Maple reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part(s) thereof, waive any information in the bidding process, and to accept the bid proposal or portion of a bid proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town.

This project is funded in-part by Town Road Improvement (TRI) Program funds.
